Our Pricing
We charge a simple flat fee of $999 per file.
We don't have add-on fees like some other Third-Party Processing companies. We charge the same fee for all our services.
With this approach, you will know with every file you send us, your Borrowers will have the same flat fee as the last file you sent us. This keeps your job easy when communicating closing costs with your Borrowers.
Borrower Paid
Unless otherwise instructed,
our Processing Fee is BORROWER PAID.
Our fee won't affect your profits, nor do you have to worry about paying us after closing. We are paid directly by Escrow at closing the same way you are.
We get paid when you get paid!
No Cancellation Fees
Our team has been in the industry for a long time. We understand not every file funds and fallout happens. Because of that, we don't charge any Cancellation Fees.
Don't worry about us sending you a bill because you had a Borrower cancel or market conditions change. It happens. Let's just move on to the next file.
